Regulatory sandboxes are a relatively new concept that offers a way around onerous regulations for innovators, entrepreneurs and, ultimately, all Nevadans.
They allow for the testing of new ideas on a small scale, enabling the use of potential problem-solving techniques rather than forcing Nevadans to be held hostage behind government barriers.
We have developed this paper to share the benefits behind the concept and what Nevadans can do to make it happen!
