Nevada’s 82nd Legislative Session: Week 2

During this week’s episode of Under the Dome, Nevada Policy’s Marcos Lopez shares the highlights from second week of Nevada’s legislative session:

  • The legislators that spoke at the school choice rally this week and the education bills they’re sponsoring this session;
  • The education bill that Nevada Policy is opposing and how the government could make a bigger impact on education while spending less money;
  • The occupational licensing bills that could turn around Nevada’s teacher and doctor shortages;
  • The lieutenant governor’s bill that could greatly benefit small businesses;
  • What we’re watching out for in any potential deals with the Oakland A’s; and
  • The big difference we’re already noticing with the new administration and how it is benefiting you.
