Gary Richardson is a seasoned trainer in group experiential learning: planning and problem-solving skills, performance management, effective communication and other professional and organizational development techniques. He has taught on the external faculty of NYU (the Medical Society of NY’s Executive MBA course for Physicians) and taught for both the Johnson Graduate School and the College of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University. He has also taught courses for California State University at Sacramento, CSU Chico, and for the American Management Association in NYC.
Having been responsible for leading organizations of several hundred employees and managing budgets in excess of $50 million, Gary’s consulting practice is focused on working with senior leaders of corporations to help them construct a viable business strategy and then execute that strategy throughout the organization.
Gary has an MA in Management from Webster University in St. Louis. He retired from the US Army as a Lieutenant Colonel after 24 years of active service to include service in Vietnam with the 101st Airborne.
