Kaeley Cook to become President as John Tsarpalas transitions to President Emeritus.
(Las Vegas, NV) Nevada Policy, a nonpartisan policy resource center, is pleased to announce the appointment of a new President.
Kaeley Cook, currently serving as Vice President of Finance, will assume the role of President effective February 17, 2026. John Tsarpalas, who has led Nevada Policy for the past 8 years, will transition into the role of President Emeritus.
Ranson Webster, Chairman of the Board, shared the following statement:

Kaeley Cook has been with Nevada Policy for 6 years and is a second-generation Nevadan. Having lived in both Northern and Southern Nevada, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the state’s civic, political, and economic landscape. Throughout her tenure, Kaeley has played a central role in many of Nevada Policy’s most significant organizational and policy successes.
Known for her sound judgment, strategic execution, and collaborative leadership style, Kaeley is a trusted and respected leader among staff, board members, donors, and external partners.
